Frank began his career in 1978 and has distinguished himself as a local and national authority on Retiree planning, including Accredidation in Estate Tax Planning, and as a Certified Senior Advisor. Frank holds educational seminars for retirees from January thru October each year, and educational conferences for CPA's, Attorneys, and Financial Planners several times each year.

Frank graduated from the University of Texas in 1977 and now lives with his wife Debbie, and his two sons, Victor & Hunter.

Jerry has worked exclusively with Public Employees for over 15 years.  His expertise in the many retirement decisions which must be made just prior to public service retirement, makes him invaluable to those approaching public retirement.

Justin Simmons
President, Pro-Player Investing 

Justin joined Capital Financial Group in 2006 and co-founded our Pro-Player Investing group to focus on the special needs and circumstances of Professional Athletes.  After pitching for the University of Texas (the winning pitcher of two games and the final game of the 2002 NCAA World Series), Justin spent three years in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization.  Today, that same dedication to hard work benefits the Professional athletes working with Justin and Pro-Player Investing.

Mike Samouce
Senior Bond Manager 

Mike's experience and knowledge of bonds is on a level that very few people will ever attain.  After selling his highly successful bond management company, he went on to develop a bond software program that is used today by many large pensions and life insurance company.  Upon joining CFG in 2006, Mike became our resident bond expert.

Bill joined Capital Financial Group in 1997 after starting his career at Janus Funds.  Bill coordinates with Clients, Fidelity Investments, and our San Antonio office to ensure accurate and timely information for the benefit of our valued clients.

Don Cutrer, RFC
Don joined Capital Financial Group in 1997.  He has expertise in Major Medical Insurance, Business Insurance, and Investments.  After a successful career in management for a large technology company, in 1992 Don entered the financial planning field and is an outstanding resource for business owners.
